Abstract

Housing occupies the largest part of the urban area mostly and is found everywhere but in varying numbers, one of the most important characteristics of housing in the cities of Al-Hayy and Al-Aziziyah in terms of the development of construction and ownership, the nature of the housing, the available facilities, the building material, the area, the number of rooms and floors and other matters related to housing, as the researcher used In the field study (748) a random sample of housing units in the two study areas, and these samples differed between neighborhoods according to the number of their housing units.
