الملخص

One of the most important texts in Hanafi jurisprudence is the compilation that was created to transmit the essence of the school and the issues related to the apparent narration, for the most part. It deviates from this only in a few matters. It contains valuable jurisprudential material, and I have chosen to investigate its topics in order to showcase its treasures to the Islamic jurisprudential library, which is in dire need of it. This dtudy consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The first section provides a brief overview of the life of the commentator (Shaykh Zada). The second section defines the commentary, and the third section examines the authenticated text, covering topics from guardianship to the commentator's statement that a guardian is not obliged to obtain permission from a mature or pubescent woman before marrying her. The conclusion highlights the most important findings, and the sources and references have been documented.
